ABOUT US
Our Story
Gleaming Gutters launched at the end of 2019, when Cody Tench set out to build something of his own and do the work right. Cody was in the field from day one, handling jobs himself before growing into the team we are today. What started as one person with a ladder has become a company serving homeowners across Charlotte, Belmont, Matthews, Huntersville, and everywhere within about 30 miles.
Family is the engine behind everything we do. Cody runs this business for his fiancée Jessica and their daughter Blaire, and that motivation shows up in how the work gets done. Charlotte homeowners deal with real gutter problems. Spring pollen fills gutters fast, fall leaves can keep dropping well into December, and a single heavy snowfall can pull gutters clean off a house. We built this company to be the crew family’s call when that happens, and long before it does.
Why Choose Us
Seven Consecutive Years as a Thumbtack Top Pro.
From 2019 through 2025, we have earned Top Pro status every single year. That record reflects thousands of completed jobs and homeowners who trusted us enough to come back and recommend us to others.
We Hand-Scoop Every Residential Gutter.
Many companies blow debris out and leave the mess behind. Our crew scoops everything by hand, bags it, and hauls it away. We follow up with a blower for remaining crumbs, and every gutter cleaning includes a complimentary roof blowdown at no extra charge.
Custom Gutters Fabricated Right on Your Property.
We bring our own gutter machine to every installation. Each run is measured and formed on-site to fit your home precisely, with color-matched accessories and downspouts throughout.
A Communication Process That Respects Your Time.
You receive a 24-hour reminder before we arrive, an on-the-way text from your technician, and a completion notification when the job is done. No guessing, no waiting by the window.
Real Property Protection on Every Wash Job.
Before any service begins, we pre-soak all plants, tape every outlet and doorbell, and plastic wrap any light fixtures that should not get wet. Once we finish, we re-soak all vegetation. It is a full walkthrough, every time, not an afterthought.
