Surfaces We Clean and How We Clean Them
We use two cleaning methods depending on the surface. Soft washing applies a sodium hypochlorite solution with a surfactant at low pressure, letting the chemistry do the work. Pressure washing uses high-pressure water on durable surfaces that can handle the force. Every surface gets the method that is safest and most effective for the material.
Siding
All siding is soft washed. This method is safe for vinyl, Hardie board, brick, stucco, and wood. Painted metal siding can also be soft washed. We do not clean raw or unpainted metal siding.
For brick homes where the masonry looks fine but the painted trim is covered in grime, we offer a trim wash. This targets gutters, soffits, window frames, fascia, and garage doors while leaving the brick untouched. Because our cleaning solution does not leave visible streaks on brick the way it can on vinyl, this partial approach works cleanly and saves money when a full wash is not needed.
Driveways and Flatwork
Concrete driveways, sidewalks, walkways, and patios are pressure washed using an industrial surface cleaner. For paver and flagstone surfaces, we adjust based on the material.
Pressure washing pavers will displace the sand between joints, so we inform you before we start and offer soft washing as an alternative if you prefer to keep the joints intact. We do not provide re-sanding or resealing. Asphalt surfaces are not recommended for pressure washing and we advise against it in most cases.
We will not pressure wash concrete that is less than approximately two years old. Newer concrete has not fully cured and high-pressure water can etch or scar the surface. If your driveway is newer, we can soft wash it instead.
Roofs
All roof cleaning follows Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association guidelines, which means we use only manufacturer-approved cleaning agents at low pressure. This protects your shingles and preserves your roof warranty.
We primarily clean asphalt shingle roofs. Metal roofs are available upon request but may require additional brushing in certain areas. We do not clean slate, clay tile, or other tile roofing materials.

Will pressure washing damage the paint on my house?
No. We soft wash all siding, which means we use a low-pressure chemical application rather than direct water force on your home’s exterior. If paint is already peeling or deteriorating, the solution may loosen what is already failing, but it will not damage paint that is in good condition.

Do you use my water?
Yes. We connect to your outdoor spigot to fill our equipment. The water usage is minimal and typically adds only a few dollars to your water bill.
Do I need to move my furniture before the service?
Yes. We ask that you move outdoor furniture, decor, and personal items at least five feet from the surfaces being cleaned. If you have larger items that are difficult to move, let us know and we will work around them.
